I never rush and always go with your pets acceptance of the new situation.

Covid 19 Risk Assessment
In order to protect myself and valued customers safe, social distancing to two meters must be adhered to, in all face to face communication. Veterinary grade Safe4 hand sanitiser is available for your use.
All customers must remain outside the Salon at all times of drop off and collection.
The salon is thoroughly disinfected with veterinary grade animal safe products in between each appointment and a UV cabinet is used to sterilise grooming equipment.
The Covid Risk Assessment procedures will be reviewed regularly or at such time that Government guidelines alter.

Please note: Prices may vary based on the overall size and temperament of your pet, the condition and length of its coat. If your dogs coat is matted, you will be charged extra for dematting, according to the length of time taken.
